Return Policy
Providing highest quality furniture which will make you fall in love with it as soon as you receive the product is what we are striving at Saaj Sajawat. Seamless transaction at our website has been greatly prioritized. We conduct thorough quality checks at our factory outlet before dispatching any product for delivery. From our end, we try our very best to give you a product that exceeds your expectations.
As a policy, we do not offer Returns or Refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping, we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
We apologise in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
IMPORTANT POINTS:
1. However, in the unlikely event that a product turns out to be defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered (incorrect style, size, colour, quantity, functioning), upon receipt, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
2. Wooden products may develop hairline cracks with change of temperature & climate and with time. This is a natural process. Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such scenario.
3. Products offered in Sale, cannot be returned or refunded.
4. We do not accept refund/replacement claims after 15 days of receiving the product. Therefore, please open and thoroughly check the product when recieved .
5. Return & Refund policy will be applicable on the products returned to us without any damage – in original condition.
6. Once you inform us about any issues, our quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same. We will arrange for the pick-up and will replace the older product with a new one. We apologise in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
7. Any dispute or concern on any product, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery. Post this timeline, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.
8. Return & Refund policy will be applicable on the returned products which are unused, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.
9. In case where customer has provided wrong or incomplete delivery address and our Shipping Partner failed to deliver after 3 attempts OR the recipient refused to accept the delivery, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable. Customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to initiate dispatch process again from our end.
